Information we collect
When you request OA Base BETA access, we collect the email address you provide and your consent. Any other information in the form is optional and is collected only if you choose to provide it.
How we use it
We use your information to review your BETA request, contact you about access, and send updates specifically related to Optimum Atlas. We do not sell your personal information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Our basis for using your information
We use your information because you have given us consent. You may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us at the address above. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before it was withdrawn.
Where information is handled
Our BETA request form, response records and project communications are handled through Google services, including Google Forms, Google Sheets and Gmail. Google may process information in accordance with its own applicable terms and privacy practices. If you choose to support the project, Buy Me a Coffee handles that separate interaction under its own terms and privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep BETA request information while your consent remains active and for no longer than 12 months after the latest relevant Optimum Atlas BETA communication, unless a longer period is required by law or you ask us to retain it.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, restrict its use, or withdraw consent. You may also raise a concern with your local data-protection authority. In Sweden, this is Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the project develops. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
